Reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the payment
of the
full amount due.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent to MCA Events in writing (fax, letter or email).
For cancellations received before December 18th, 2008 deposits
will be refunded less € 70 for administrative costs.
After this date, no refund will be possible. In the case of
late cancellations (after December 18th, 2008), rooms cancelled,
cancelled nights or no-show, MCA Events reserves the right to
charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be re-sold.

Payment of registration fees and hotel accommodation must
be processed in Euros as follows:
