San Servolo Servizi offers a reception service exclusively for activities related to conferences or study, research and training. The reception and welcome service is available every day of the year. A safety deposit box service is also available.
The residential and study centre is divided in six buildings situated in the park offering 193 bedrooms for a total of 319 beds.

All rooms have been recently restored and furnished and offer:

  • air conditioning
  • internet access
  • telephone
  • television with satellite connection

For the guests use in the residential centre there is also a communal space equipped with a TV room with satellite, fridge, drinks distributor and Laundromat and ironing service using tokens.

San Clemente Island, located in the south side of Venice, is an oasis of peace and tranquillity that covers a total surface area of 65,000 square metres. It is an exclusive landing place in the Venetian lagoon, between Giudecca and the Lido.
New apparel therefore for an island that is recovering the ancient sense of hospitality that it had from the very start, in 1131, when the Venetian gentleman Pietro Gattilesso built the church, which can be still admired, and made it a place for welcoming soldiers and pilgrims on their way to the Holy Land. A function that it continued to have over the centuries, in various ways, when it was given over to Camaldolese monks for their monastery, shut down in 1810 as a result of the Napoleonic laws.
Only the church has been preserved, flanked by a monumental complex in blocks of different sizes and heights, arranged around closed courtyards, to which a new pavilion was added in the 1900s.
The large, centuries-old park contains a Beauty & Wellness Club, tennis courts, a scenic outdoor swimming pool, and a pitch & putt golf course to offer the hotel’s exclusive clientele a chance to unwind in contact with nature.
The San Clemente Palace Hotel & Resort is a few minutes away by motorboat from St. Mark’s square (10 min). A shuttle service from and to Piazza San Marco, on elegant wooden boats, is provided by the hotel round the clock.
From there, Venice’s major museums can be reached either on foot, in vaporetto or by taxi. A gondola ride is the most romantic and “Venetian” way to appreciate the city’s artistic splendour and immense historical heritage.
